You've probably noticed that the "zero-waste" philosophy is a long-term topic for us at Street Food Park. Did you know, that YEME has a similar mindset and launched their own zero-waste center?
A great help for this process is a large-capacity industrial composter, where biological waste becomes a fertilizer, which is usable again in the ecosystem.
